Joann Moncada Owner of Events by Joann; Chief Event Coordinator as well as Lead Event Designer. Joann stepped into the party planning scene in 1999. With over 11 years of experience in 2008 she opened Events by Joann and the company has become one of the best and well known event planning and décor companies throughout central Florida. Joann believes that it's about exceeding all expectations and providing an event experience that will be remembered for a lifetime.
Jessica Dilchand National Marketing Manager and Event Designer. Jessica joined Events by Joann in 2010. Working throughout Europe, New York and Florida she offers a unique touch when it comes to event décor and brings in a touch of elegance to each event. Jessica thinks outside of the box and makes sure that each event is a true reflection of the client.
Jessica Santiago Lead Event Coordinator and EbJ's "Official Blogger". Jessica has been with Events by Joann since early 2009. Jessica planned her own wedding in 2007 when she married the love of her life Alex. She enjoyed the planning process so much that she decided to make a career out of it. Making sure that she had all the right answers for her clients she became a Certified Event Planner. She has such a creative vision and is great at what she does. Jessica does not only keep up with the latest trends in the industry, she creates her own.
